the room was tastefully decorated, with fresh white bedding and crisp all-season comforter. the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. the staff were attentive and helpful, accommodating my request to change rooms immediately. Breakfast options included a selection of cafes and bakery nearby. the hotel had a kitchenette with quality utensils and a microwave.

Proximity of public transport to reach the city centre (2-3 stations from Times Square with an express metro) and proximity of shops.

The Ramble and Lake is right by the hotel. We found nice Levain Bakery nearby with hot beverages. A kitchen in the room was useful.

The room and hotel were immaculate, with elegant decor. Wonderful service staff. Great location near French bakeries, restaurants, and shops. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Reasonably priced with a business center and library. Spacious room with safe and walk-in closets. Close to museums, shopping, and Central Park. Fitness center available.

The cozy atmosphere was the best aspect of this hotel. the bedding was comfortable and the towels were fluffy. We also enjoyed the views from our window and the location was great for exploring the city. the small kitchenette was a nice touch, too.
Despite the amenities, the bathroom was cramped and not very private. We also found the lack of counter space to be frustrating.

This hotel in the Upper West Side was a fantastic find! the value for money was exceptional, with affordable prices that didn't break the bank. Secondly, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable, treating us like royalty. And finally, the location was perfect - situated conveniently near two metro stations, making it easy to explore the vibrant city. The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, with amenities like a refrigerator and even a kitchenette in some. We also enjoyed the lovely view of the interior garden. Oh, and did I mention that breakfast was included in the rate? A definite bonus!

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel in the Upper West Side. The value for money was excellent, especially considering the convenient location near two metro stations. The rooms were well-appointed, with attention to detail and even a view of a peaceful interior garden. The addition of a kitchenette and refrigerator was a nice touch, and having breakfast included in the rate was a bonus.
All was great.
